The Spanish language loves to use diminutives.  Adding -ito or -ita often makes things sound cute!  For example, in this photo Maria is saying, “I’m going to do an errand and I’ll see you in a tiny little while.”  The words “más tarde” = later, but she uses “tardecito” which makes it cuter 🙂

I learned recently that Maria and I have the same approach to homework!  Her online students have daily work to prepare for their group sessions.  The prep and practice at home help with being more spontaneous and confident in class 🙂
